Whether it’s free-pouring in a high volume cocktail bar like Pravda, serving thousands of tropical cocktails on a sunlit deck in Montauk at Surf Lodge, using Japanese jiggering techniques in milliliter units at Betony, or the American Jiggering style pouring in ounces at the original luxe cocktail bar Double Seven in New York’s fashionable meatpacking district, Charles Hardwick brings a tremendous range of skill and spirited leadership to every training, event and beverage program he’s a part of.
