A  alumnus of the prestigious Rhode Island School of Design, a veteran barman of peerless experience and versatility, and a 2008 B.A.R. course scholarship recipient who has trained and worked alongside some of the industry’s finest cocktail and culinary minds. Among them: Dale Degroff, Sasha Petraske, Steve Olson, Dushan Zaric, Bryce Shuman, Eamon Rockey, Jason Kosmas and Hidetsugu Ueno.  Whether it’s free-pouring in a high volume cocktail bar like Pravda, serving thousands of tropical cocktails on a sunlit deck in Montauk at Surf Lodge, using Japanese jiggering techniques in milliliter units at Betony, or the American Jiggering style pouring in ounces at the original luxe cocktail bar Double Seven in New York’s fashionable meatpacking district, Charles Hardwick brings a tremendous range of skill and spirited leadership to every training, event and beverage program he’s a part of.
